I am mainly developing using Embarcadero´s RAD Studio.
At the moment there is an exciting new realease available which not only is able to create Win32 and Win64 Applications but also is able to create Mac OS and iPhone/iPad Apps.
So many new things to experience in the next months :-)
One of the main parts of my applications are databases, MySQL and / or MS SQL, this is nearly always needed in business cases, especially as "data backend" for the Windows Phone 7 Business Apps i developed :-)
Here i am developing using modern techiques like SOAP.

Windows Phone 7 might be the upcoming Smartphone OS for the next year, thats why i decided to dig deeper into the development of Windows Phone 7 Apps.
There are two small public Apps, "Boing" and "ceran cooking" already on the App Hub. For all apps i am developing it´s not so much the "idea" of the app but mainly to experiment with all the possible techniques of Windows Phone 7, in case of "Boing" dealing with the accelerometer.
I think that Windows Phone 7 has a great strength on the business side thats why i mainly deal with possible business apps.
All those Apps are dealing with Web Service communication (SOAP), the CRM app is dealing with Bing Maps to find and draw the route from the actual position to the customers target address, so it also deals with the GPRS Sensors.
All the SOAP calls do have a dedicated SOAP Service on the server side which i also develop to fit exactly the needs of the App.
Of course those Apps are not "Public" :-)
